YOSHIKAWA's first riveting machine was an impact style caulker using springs. Later on, this machine adopted hydraulics instead of springs after going through one improvement after another. Furthermore, changing the impact style to an oscillating method, we completed the prototype leading to the current riveting machine. That greatly improved all aspects such as precision, strength and workability. Now, we have developed a electrical servomechanism, which takes advantage of the latest technology. By applying the electrical servo control to the main mechanism, our riveting machine can provide higher precision, and accurate riveting work can be achieved with no need for experience in operating the machine.
